Every week, I am so honored that brides and grooms from all over choose me for their big day and that I get to be a part of their marriage celebration. Of course, Lena and Joe are no exception! This January has been fantastic for any snow lovers who live in Virginia. I mentioned some ideas for location spots, seasons, etc., with Lena & Joe and quickly realized we all loved the idea of a snow session. Well, we got our dream! The VA Arboretum had just enough to make it magical. We definitely got super cold when we went to Bears Den for sunset, but boy, it was worth it. Also, how rad is that jeep?! I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. Definitely a favorite 2022 memory – and we are only one month in!

Lena and Joe are tying the knot at The Barn at Willowbrook in Leesburg, Virginia, this coming January! I cannot wait to see what they have dreamed up together. It’s already been such a blessing to photograph their engagement session; I can only imagine their wedding day. For now, enjoy this dreamy, snowy engagement session.
