Happy Thursday friends! I have a beautiful best friend portrait session to share with you today taken in Bluemont, Virginia. Such a sweet finale to summer 2018!
It gives me so much joy to see sweet friends smiling, cheered by their presence, joyfully enjoying each others company. Getting to celebrate Lily and Grace’s friendship was such an honor. You may remember Lily’s woodland fairy session and other fun adventures! She is such a blessing to both me and Grace, so when Grace approached me with the idea of surprising Lily with a portrait session, I was thrilled! We were able to keep it all a secret until just before the shoot when Grace went to Lily’s house with two beautiful Altar’d State dresses she choose just for the occasion. What a dream to spend an evening twirling with your best friend!
We quickly got ready and headed to a gorgeous nearby field where Lily and I had first taken photos together when I was just starting as a professional photographer. Crazy how fast 5 years can fly by! I’m already looking for time to slow down.
