Timeless, Modern, Black and White Luxury Wedding

Lian and Stephen were married at the gorgeous Barn at Willowbrook in Leesburg, Virginia! Lian chose black and white as her main theme for her beautiful luxury wedding. The light was incredible, the portraits were unique and golden, and everything went as planned. The day started with sweet moments between Lian and her Mom, photographing details, getting all dolled up and more. Then it was time to get in the dress, but there was a special surprise, Lian wasn’t the first one in a wedding dress that day. It’s not who you’d expect to be in a wedding dress, but it was sure impactful. Lian had this idea for months and Kelly (the best planner at Willowbrook) helped pull it off seamlessly. There was a special first look moment was priceless! I will never forget how much fun we all had in making that memory and laughing through it all as we squeezed him (groomsman) into the dress.

It seems like just yesterday I was getting to know Stephen and Lian during their engagement session, but before I knew it, we were celebrating their wedding day. From the moment I walked in the door to the end of the night when we said goodbye, I loved being there. It was a joy capturing beautiful images of GORGEOUS people but really, what I loved even more was watching Lian and Stephen experience such a huge milestone in their relationship – their wedding day.

Lian and Stephen, you are an incredible couple. Your love for one another and for other people was shining so brightly throughout your entire wedding day. I can’t thank you enough for allowing me to be the one to save the memories of your big day. Enjoy!
