The warmth of the sun to our backs and the slight breeze of downtown beauty around us; Christy, Josh and I set out to take their romantic engagement portraits. I found myself “ohhhing” and “ahhhing” over the different locations we were scouting out in Downtown Leesburg. I forget how much I love this town! It was the perfect time on to photography, between the evening rush as I we explored. One of the biggest hits was the beautiful red door of the local church!
For their second location, Christy and Josh choose Red Rocks Overlook Regional Park. We arrived just in time for the sunset and were greeted with the most golden sunbeams. As the night was coming to a close, I found myself reflecting on how beautifully evident Christy and Josh’s love was for each other as they laughed together, shared about life and just had fun. It is a blessing to be in the presence of these two! So excited for their upcoming wedding in August.
