So, here are the things you need to know to plan your dream wedding at the Barn at Willow Brook, starting with the venue itself!
The Venue
Of course, the barn is the centerpiece of the Barn at Willow Brook experience. It has a beautiful white exterior that’s as pristine as it is rustic. What’s unique about this barn as compared to other barn wedding venues is it has lots of windows. These windows give you and your guests great views of the countryside at all times of the day, whether you’re getting ready, having your wedding, or during the reception.
The inside is just as amazing too with an open floor plan and wooden styling. That allows a lot of opportunities for different design choices too! But looks are just one part of the experience there. How about the Barn at Willow Brook’s amenities?
Amenities
Since the Barn at Willow Brook is open year-round, it uses climate controls to keep everything comfortable for its guests. Plus, it has full private suites for the bridal party and groomsmen.
For the gals, the suite has a TV, make-up stations, wet bar, two guest rooms, two full bathrooms, and a sunset deck for some great views.
For the guys, there’s also a TV, kitchenette, grilling and fire pit area, and even a game room with a 9-foot shuffleboard table.
Both of these suites are part of the modern farmhouse building, designed to provide guests with everything they need for the ultimate wedding experience.
In addition, the barn is handicap accessible. The barn also features a caterer’s kitchen, bathrooms, and we provide tables and chairs, which seat eight guests each.
Guest Capacity
The Barn at Willow Brook has a capacity of 100 guests or less.
Vendors
The Barn at Willow Brook has a preferred list of vendors couples will have to choose from. They offer a solid range for catering, DJ, and planners and coordinators, so that everyone has something within their price range.
Venue Options
The Barn at Willow Brook has a couple of spots that are great for a wedding. There’s the behind-the-barn option, which is for folks who’d like something outdoors.
There’s also the inside-the-barn option, which is for couples looking for that elegant indoor experience or in the case of inclement weather. Even with the inside option, because of the windows there are plenty of opportunities to use the countryside as a backdrop in your photos!
Venue Pricing at The Barn at Willow Brook
The Barn at Willow Brook has three wedding packages for their couples. They are the:
- Your Dream Weekend Package
- Your Dream Day Package
- Sunday Or Weekday Dream Package
Your Dream Weekend Package
This package costs $17,400 and is a multi-night package. It includes exclusive use of the Willow Brook from Friday through Sunday, plus exclusive use of the bride and groom suites.
This also allows use of the fire pit, pergola, furniture for the reception, on-site rehearsal dinner, and more.
Your Dream Day Package
This package costs $15,600 and gives one full day of exclusive access to the Barn at Willow Brook venue. It includes everything from the weekend package except for more limited time frames. For example, the rehearsal can only be one hour, and the barn can only be used for up to 16 hours on the wedding day.
Sunday Or Weekday Dream Package
This package costs $11,600 and still gives exclusive access to the venue but only for 13 hours. Still an incredible package for those looking for something a little more simple!
